Crafted Crowns provides high-quality wigs and hairpieces, specializing in customized options.

These Terms govern all sales, consultations, and interactions with Crafted Crowns.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in AUD currency and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before processing an order.
We accept Bank transfer, Pay Pal.

ORDERS & CUSTOMISATION
All custom orders require a consultation and approval before processing.
Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all sales are final once production has begun.
Color and style may slightly vary due to lighting, screen displays, and natural hair variations.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Crafted Crowns, we strive to ensure that you love your new product. If you encounter any issues with your purchases, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of Mind: Please note that we do not offer refunds for change if mind. instead a store credit will be provided.

Faulty Items: If the item you received has a fault, please contact us at craftedcrownwigs@gmail.com for assistance.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Product must be unworn, with the lace intact, and in the original condition you received it in. In the case of a faulty product, you must contact us within 48 hours with receipt and photographic evidence.
Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds or exchanges for faulty products are at the discretion of Crafted Crowns after review.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE

Due to health and Hygiene regulations, All items must be returned in their original condition. items that have been worn, styled, washed, cut or color cannot be returned or refunded.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

All Wigs, Toppers, Ponytails & Mini Wigs from Crafted Crowns are custom-made from human hair for each individual order. this process can take up to 14-25 days please allow for additional time due to unforeseen circumstances or complications.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please be aware that colours selected for items may vary slightly. CRAFTED CROWNS strives to provide accurate descriptions and colour imagery; however colours may appear differently on various devices (phones tablet) it is crucial to ensure you are satisfied with the colour before completing your purchase.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

in the unfortunate event that your item has been damaged during transit is found to be faulty we will offer refund or store credit

Allow 21 days from your confirmation email for your order to be processed for custom pieces please allow up to 28

Shipping times vary based on location and service selected. Crafted Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to incorrect selection after a consultation and purchases.
